Goal Setting Advice from American great distance runner Ryan Hall:
"Everyone on the starting line (at the Olympics) dreamed of winning, but only one won – but this is not important – the journey was what was important. Dream big, but let your dreams inspire how you live today. Dreams should not be about the end goal, but rather about day to day living."

Training Advice from the greatest distance runner ever, Haile Gebrselassie:
Work hard! This is what my father has always told me. Nothing comes for free, so if you want to achieve something you will have to work hard.
Take your time! This was the first advice of my manager Jos Hermens. He explained to me that if you work hard and make the right choices, things will come your way.
